  • When will I receive my order?

    We aim to deliver all mainland UK deliveries in 4-10 working days. All international orders are dispatched through Global-E and can take 4-14 working days.

  • How do I track my order?

    You will receive a dispatch confirmation email, including a tracking code, when your order leaves our warehouse.

  • What do I do if I receive an order with broken or missing products?

    Should your items arrive damaged, please follow the returns instructions found on our website, and return to us in the original packaging. Alternatively, you may contact Customer Care oninfo@iconiclondoninc.co.ukwho will arrange a replacement for you.

  • How can I update my order?

    Once an order has been placed, we are unable to make any changes to your order. This includes updates to shipping information as well as product selections. Please be sure to carefully review your order before submitting it.

  • How can I cancel my order?

    Please contactinfo@iconiclondoninc.co.ukimmediately, we aim to dispatch all orders as soon as possible, therefore cancellation is not guaranteed, but we will try our best to meet your requirements.

  • What is your returns policy?

    You can return or exchange any products purchased via www.iconiclondoninc.com only if returned in the original condition it was sent. You have 14 days to return the items to us from the date you receive your order. As for reasons of hygiene, we are unable to offer refunds, replacements or exchanges on any open or used goods. Please check your items once received to ensure they are in satisfactory condition.

  • What payment methods do you accept?

    We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Visa Debit and MasterCard), as well as PayPal. Cards issued outside of Europe and the US may be restricted.

  • Can I buy refills for my Multi Use Contour Palette?

    Unfortunately, at present we are unable to offer refills. However, this is something we are working on. 

  • Do you have limits on how many products I can order?

    There is no limit on the number of products you can purchase, except occasionally on limited edition items.

  • I do not like the way the product feels, can I return it?

    For health, safety and hygiene reasons, we will not be able to offer a refund, replacement or exchange on used items.

  • I have had an allergic reaction, what do I do?

    We want every customer to be fully satisfied with their products. If you have had an allergic reaction to one of our products, please contact our customer service team atinfo@iconiclondoninc.co.ukwho will support you with your query.

  • Do you sell Gift Cards?

    You can purchase Gift Cards via our website here.

  • Do you test on animals?

    We do not test on animals, nor do our suppliers. All our products are cruelty-free and all our brushes are Vegan.

  • Do you ship internationally?

    We do. We aim to ship to Europe within 5 – 7 working days and the rest of the world within 7 – 12 working days.

  • Where can I find my tracking number?

    You will receive a link to your tracking details in your Order Confirmation email. Alternatively, please contactinfo@iconiclondon.co.ukwhere one of our advisors will be able to provide you with it.

  • How do I track my order?

  • What do I do if tracking says that my package was delivered but I never received it?

  • I am an international customer, will there be extra charges when my order is delivered?

    Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches the destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you may want to contact your local customs office for further information and estimated costs.
