TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR EXCLUSIVE BLURRING BLUSH STICK TIKTOK CAMPAIGN COMPETITION – PRIZE 1 (PR LIST).
LAUNCHES: MONDAY 13TH MAY 2024 – THURSDAY 13TH JUNE 2024.

1. We are Iconic London. Our full company name is ICONIC London (Holdings) Limited. Our company is registered in England and Wales under company number 05014226 and our registered office is c/o Browne Jacobson LLP, 6 Bevis Marks, London EC3A 7BA.

2. Unfortunately, you cannot enter the prize draw if you are an employee or the relative of an employee of ICONIC London, or any third party directly associated with administration of the prize draw.

3.To enter the prize draw, and no purchase is necessary. However, to enter, you must follow the instructions as sent to creators via the Creators Community on Lark. If you do this, you will be automatically entered into the prize draw.

4.The opening and closing times and dates for entries will be as set out Monday 13th May 2024 9:00am (BST) – Thursday 13th June 2024 12:00AM (BST). Entries received after this time will not be valid.

5. ICONIC London does not accept any responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault of any kind.

6. ONE WINNER will be chosen by the ICONIC London team once they have reviewed top sales affiliate via TikTok Seller Centre and picked the winner within 24 hours of the closing date 14th June 2024.

7. One winner will receive the prize described in the relevant competition details sent by TikTok to creators via the Creators Community on Lark.

8. That is: The opportunity to be added to our official ICONIC London PR list. Per ICONIC London launch, for the next 12 consecutive months (starting from 1st June 2024). Mailer will be delivered in time with launches to creator, please note – these are not every month.

9. The winner will be notified via email from ICONIC London and must claim their prize within a 24-hour period. If a winner does not respond to our email within 2 days of the message, then the winner's prize will be forfeited, and we will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.

10. The prize will be sent to the winner in time with launches, please note – these are not every month. Please see point 8 above.

11. The prize for the winner is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered. We reserve the right to replace the prize with an alternative
prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond our control make it
necessary to do so.

12. Our decision regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.

13. By law, we must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation, we will send the surname and county of prize winners, to anyone who emails info@iconiclondoninc.co.uk within one month after the closing date. If you object to any or all of your surname or county being published or made available, please contact us at info@iconiclondoninc.co.uk In such circumstances, we must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority if they ask us to do so.

14. Our products and your use of them are subject to our Terms & Conditions of sale, which can be found here https://www.iconiclondoninc.com/pages/terms. These terms are automatically incorporated into these prize draw terms.

15. You are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. We reserve the right to refuse entry or refuse to award any prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.

16. We can void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.

17. Personal data supplied during the course of this promotion will only be processed as set out in our https://www.iconiclondoninc.com/pages/privacy-notice

18. These terms and conditions and this promotion are governed by English law. If any entrants to this promotion wish to take court proceedings, then they must do this within the courts in the United Kingdom.
