Remote locations, adverse conditions or courier-specific issues may cause delays. All UK orders will be delivered by Evri, Monday-Saturday.
If your parcel cannot be delivered to your address or safely left with a neighbour it will be returned to your local depot to arrange redelivery or collection.

Simply return the item in its original condition and packaging within 30 days of receiving your order for an exchange or refund.
