I purchased the mascara after seeing it advertised to giving voluminous lashes etc. When I received the mascara it was incredibly dry and not much product on. I reached out to iconic to inform them with evidence as it may have been a faulty mascara. They said they would send a new one out but they never did. I am not impressed at all
I had used this mascara before and liked it so I ordered again. I’m not sure if something has changed with this product since I last used it as I now find it doesn’t apply very well for me - it goes clumpy, I only apply a small amount to avoid this. It’s also causing my eyes to sting slightly. It flakes soon after applying resulting in black bits on my upper cheek area throughout the day. I’m sure this was not my experience of it previously.
