TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR “WIN £100 VOUCHER FROM ICONIC LONDON & £100 VOUCHER FROM PUBLIC DESIRE" INSTAGRAM GRID GIVEAWAY       

      

LIVE: THURSDAY 25th APRIL 2024 ON @ICONIC.LONDON & @PUBLICDESIRE INSTAGRAM GRID.      

      

  1. We are ICONIC London.  Our full company name is ICONIC London (Holdings) Limited.  Our company is registered in England and Wales under company number 05014226 and our registered office is c/o Browne Jacobson LLP, 6 Bevis Marks, London EC3A 7BA.        

      

  1. From time to time we will run prize draws where lucky winners can win free ICONIC London products and free products from participating external brand.  You will find the specific details about each prize draw in our Instagram stories or posts.  The prize draws are open to all EU, USA & UK ONLY residents aged 18 years or over.       

      

  1. Unfortunately, you cannot enter the prize draw if you are an employee or the relative of an employee of ICONIC London, or any third party directly associated with administration of the prize draw.      

      

  1. The prize draw is free to enter and no purchase is necessary.  To enter, you must follow the instructions on the corresponding Instagram Grid post on @iconic.london and @publicdesire Instagram. If you do this, you will be automatically entered into the prize draw.      

      

  1. The opening and closing times and dates for entries will be as set out Thursday 25thth April at 6pm (GMT) – Monday 29thh April 9.30am (GMT). Entries received after this time will not be valid.       

      

  1. ICONIC London and Public Desire do not accept any responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault of any kind.         

      

  1. A winner will be chosen by random draw performed by a computer process, within 2 hours of the closing time/date.        

      

  1. The winner will receive the prize described in the relevant Instagram post and story. The prize will consist of:       

      

  • £100 voucher to spend at ICONIC London.     
  • £100 voucher to spend at Public Desire.     

      

  1. ALL SUBJECT TO STOCK. ICONIC London and any third party involved reserves the right to substitute with next most similar product in case(s) of OOS. Winner will be contacted to discuss shade matching for shade-based products.    

     

  1. The winner will be notified by direct message on Instagram within 2 hours and must provide a postal address within 24 hours to claim their prize. If a winner does not respond to our message within 2 days of our message, then the winner's prize will be forfeited and we will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.      

      

  1. The prize will be sent to the winner by post within 5-7 working days of being notified of their win.      

      

  1. The prize for the winner is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered. We reserve the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond our control make it necessary to do so.       

      

  1. Our decision regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.       

     

  1. ICONIC London and Public Desire accept no responsibility for any import fees or taxes incurred by receipt of the prize associate with the giveaway.    

      

  1. By law, we must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation, we will send the surname and county of prize winners, to anyone who emails info@iconiclondoninc.co.uk within one month after the closing date. If you object to any or all of your surname or county being published or made available, please contact us at info@iconiclondoninc.co.uk In such circumstances, we must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority if they ask us to do so.      

      

  1. Our products and your use of them are subject to our Terms & Conditions of sale, which can be found here https://www.iconiclondoninc.com/pages/terms. These terms are automatically incorporated into these prize draw terms.        

      

  1. You are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. We reserve the right to refuse entry, or refuse to award any prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.       

      

  1. We can void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.      

      

  1. Personal data supplied during the course of this promotion will only be processed as set out in our https://www.iconiclondoninc.com/pages/privacy-notice        

     

  1. These terms and conditions and this promotion are governed by English law. If any entrants to this promotion wish to take court proceedings, then they must do this within the courts in the United Kingdom.       

      

  1. NOTE: This giveaway is in no way associated with Meta or Instagram. Please be mindful that the winner/winners will only ever be contacted via DM from our OFFICIAL Instagram page – that is @iconic.london. Please be aware of fake profiles.      

     

  1. As a brand, we have made the decision to not publish the winner’s details on on Instagram (post or stories). For more information on this, please refer to point 15.       

     

  1. These are ICONIC London T&Cs. Public Desire reserve the right to abide by their own in-house terms and conditions.
