ICONIC London Competition Official Rules
LIVE: 1st December 2025 onwards on ICONIC London and selected brand partners' Instagram and TikTok channels
1. Promoter
We are ICONIC London. Our full company name is ICONIC London (Holdings) Limited. We are registered in England and Wales under company number 05014226, with our registered office at c/o Browne Jacobson LLP, 6 Bevis Marks, London EC3A 7BA.
2. About Our Giveaways
From time to time, we run prize draws where lucky winners can win ICONIC London products, exclusive PR mailers, beauty vouchers, or partner brand prizes.
Specific giveaway details – including prizes, entry steps, and closing dates – will be outlined in the corresponding Instagram or TikTok post (the "Promotion Post").
3. Eligibility
• Open to entrants based in the UK and aged 18 years or over.
• Employees of ICONIC London, their immediate families, agents, or anyone professionally connected with the administration of the giveaway are not eligible to enter.
• Automated, bulk, or bot-generated entries are not permitted.
4. How to Enter
• Entry is free and no purchase is necessary.
• Participants must follow the instructions in the relevant @iconic.london or brand partners' Instagram or TikTok Promotion Post.
• Each participant will be automatically entered once they complete the required steps.
• Where entry requires tagging, sharing, or interacting with content, entrants with private accounts must ensure their entry is visible to @iconic.london.
5. Opening and Closing Dates
Each giveaway’s opening and closing times will be stated clearly in the relevant Promotion Post.
All times stated refer to UK time (GMT/BST). Entries received after the closing date/time will not be counted.
6. Winner Selection
Winners will be chosen at random via computer process within two (2) hours of the giveaway closing time/date.
7. Prize Details
Prize details for each giveaway will be specified in the relevant Promotion Post. Prizes may vary slightly from any imagery used for promotional purposes.
• ICONIC London x Ashleigh Huish Gift Range giveaway – One (1) winner will receive the ICONIC London Gift Set collection. Prize Details: 12 Gift Sets with a total individual value of over £1,000.
• ICONIC London x Jayde Store – One (1) winner will receive the ICONIC London Ultimate Icon Gift Set.
8. Winner Notification & Prize Delivery
• Winners will be contacted via direct message on Instagram or TikTok within two (2) hours of selection.
• Winners must respond within twenty-four (24) hours to confirm acceptance and provide delivery details.
• We may request proof of identity, age, or eligibility before awarding the prize.
• Failure to respond within this timeframe may result in forfeiture and selection of an alternative winner.
• Prizes will be dispatched or arranged within five to seven (5–7) working days of confirmation. ICONIC London is not responsible for courier delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect information supplied by the winner.
9. Prize Conditions and Limitations
• Prizes are non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and no cash alternative is offered.
• ICONIC London accepts no responsibility for the performance, quality, or availability of any third-party beauty providers, nor for any changes, cancellations, closures, or insolvencies affecting those providers.
• If a third-party provider cannot honour a voucher or booking, ICONIC London’s liability will be limited to the face value of the prize, and we may substitute an alternative prize of equal or greater value.
• ICONIC London reserves the right to replace any prize with an alternative of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond its control make this necessary.
10. Liability
ICONIC London accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to technical faults, connectivity issues, or other circumstances beyond its control.
ICONIC London is not responsible for a winner’s inability to take up the prize.
11. Import Fees & Taxes
Winners are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or related fees associated with receiving their prize.
12. Verification & Publication
By law, we must either publish or make available information confirming a valid award took place. To comply, we will share the surname and county of prize winners with anyone who emails info@iconiclondoninc.co.uk within one (1) month of the closing date.
If you object to this information being made available, please contact us within seven (7) days of being notified as a winner. We must still provide details to the Advertising Standards Authority (ASA) if requested.
13. Data Protection
Personal data supplied during the course of this promotion will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Notice.
14. Decisions
ICONIC London’s decision regarding any aspect of the promotion is final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into.
15. Fraudulent Activity
Entries made using fake accounts, automated tools, or fraudulent methods will be disqualified. This includes algorithmic or AI-generated commenting.
Winners will only ever be contacted via DM from the official @iconic.london account.
16. Publicity
ICONIC London has chosen not to publish winners’ names on Instagram or TikTok (posts or stories). See point 12 for how to request winner information.
17. Changes & Cancellation
ICONIC London reserves the right to void, cancel, suspend, or amend any promotion where necessary. Where possible, changes will not materially disadvantage existing entrants.
18. Platform Disclaimer
This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Meta, Instagram, or TikTok.
19. Governing Law
These terms and this promotion are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Entrants agree that any disputes will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.
Nothing in these terms restricts your statutory rights.
