DELIVERY

Delivery and dispatch times may vary due to the disruption of the Coronavirus (COVID-19).
 
Due to the social distancing measures we have put in place at our fulfilment centres, our delivery times will be longer than usual. We are working hard to dispatch and deliver all orders as quickly as possible while keeping our staff safe and protected. If you have any questions regarding the delivery of your order, please contact our Customer Service team.
 

Please note: all orders are sent tracked. You will receive a dispatch confirmation email, including a tracking code, when your order leaves our warehouse.  If you have any queries, please contact our customer service team.

Occasionally, due to unpredictable weather conditions, shipping periods may vary. Unfortunately, we are unable to take responsibility for these issues. We appreciate your patience, and will always try to resolve these issues quickly and effectively. Please check your local courier tracking for further information.

Standard UK Delivery - £3.99 FREE

We aim to deliver all mainland UK standard deliveries within 2-10 working days. All UK orders will be delivered by Royal Mail, Monday-Saturday.

 If your parcel cannot be delivered to your address or safely left with a neighbour it will be returned to your local Royal Mail depot to arrange redelivery or collection.

Next Day Delivery - £5.99 (Temporarily unavailable)

For orders created and fulfilled before 12pm midday, Mon-Thurs. All next day orders will be delivered by DPD, Monday-Friday. 

Sometimes during holiday or busy periods, deliveries may take longer.  

PRE-ORDER

Please note that all pre-ordered items are on an estimated date for dispatch, and this may from time-to-time be changed. If you order in-stock items with your pre-order items, your order will be delayed for dispatch to the same date as your pre-ordered items.   Note that these delivery periods are expected guidelines, but we will not be held liable if your delivery takes longer. We will not be liable to you or be deemed to be in breach of the contract by reason of any delay in performing, or any failure to perform, any of its obligations in relation to the goods ordered by you if the delay or failure was due to any cause beyond its reasonable control.
