DELIVERY

Due to ongoing Royal Mail strike action and the subsequent backlog of deliveries, orders may be subject to a delay of up to 7 days. Once your order is shipped, please refer to the order tracking page for updates.

 

Please note: all orders are sent tracked. You will receive a dispatch confirmation email, including a tracking code, when your order leaves our warehouse.  If you have any queries, please contact our customer service team.

Occasionally, due to unpredictable weather conditions, shipping periods may vary. Unfortunately, we are unable to take responsibility for these issues. We appreciate your patience, and will always try to resolve these issues quickly and effectively. Please check your local courier tracking for further information.

Standard UK Delivery:
Orders under £35: £3.50
Orders £35 or over: FREE

Next Day UK Delivery:
£5.99 (Orders placed before 4pm Mon-Thur)

We aim to deliver all standard mainland UK standard deliveries within 2-10 working days. We will aim to deliver next day deliveries the next working day where possible. Remote locations, adverse conditions or courier-specific issues may cause delays. All UK orders will be delivered by Evri, Monday-Saturday.

 If your parcel cannot be delivered to your address or safely left with a neighbour it will be returned to your local depot to arrange redelivery or collection.

PRE-ORDER

Please note that all pre-ordered items are on an estimated date for dispatch, and this may from time-to-time be changed. If you order in-stock items with your pre-order items, your order will be delayed for dispatch to the same date as your pre-ordered items.   Note that these delivery periods are expected guidelines, but we will not be held liable if your delivery takes longer. We will not be liable to you or be deemed to be in breach of the contract by reason of any delay in performing, or any failure to perform, any of its obligations in relation to the goods ordered by you if the delay or failure was due to any cause beyond its reasonable control.
