DELIVERY

To receive your delivery in time for Christmas, please place your order by 1pm on Friday 19th December using Standard Delivery, or by 12pm on Monday 22nd December using Next Day Delivery.
Next Day Delivery orders will be delivered the next working day.

You will receive a dispatch confirmation email when your order leaves our warehouse.  If you have any queries, please contact our customer service team.
Standard UK Delivery:
Orders under £35: £3.95 
Orders £35 or over: FREE
Next Day Delivery (next working day):
Orders under £90: £5.99
Orders £90 or over: FREE

We aim to deliver all standard mainland UK standard deliveries within 3-10 working days. Standard deliveries are delivered Monday-Saturday via Royal Mail and Evri.

Next Day UK Delivery:
Orders placed before 4pm Monday-Thursday will be shipped for next day delivery.
Orders under £90: £5.99
Orders £90 or over: FREE

We will aim to deliver next day deliveries the next working day where possible with DPD. Remote locations, adverse conditions or courier-specific issues may cause delays. To provide our customers with the best service, Next Day Delivery may not be available at times of high demand.
 If your parcel cannot be delivered to your address or safely left with a neighbour, it will be returned to your local depot to arrange redelivery or collection. If your parcel is not collected within a couriers designated time frame it may be returned to sender.
We encourage customers to confirm their shipping address is correct before placing their purchase as unfortunately we will not be able to replace purchases misplaced due to an incorrect address provided at checkout. 
Occasionally, due to unpredictable weather conditions, shipping periods may vary. Unfortunately, we are unable to take responsibility for these issues. We appreciate your patience and will always try to resolve these issues quickly and effectively. Please check your local courier tracking for further information.
