After Party Terms & Conditions

  1. ICONIC London is the promoter of this prize draw. The prize draw is open to all UK & US residents, except employees of ICONIC London, their families, agents or any third party directly associated with administration of the prize draw.

  2. Any purchase of ICONIC London products from https://www.iconiclondoninc.com/ or https://us.iconiclondoninc.com/ between the times set out below will be automatically entered into the prize draw.

  3. Only one entry will be allowed per customer. If multiple orders are received from one customer, only the first order will constitute the prize draw.

  4. The opening date for entries is between 00:00 and 23:59 (GMT) for UK Residents, and 00:00 and 23:59 (EST) for US Residents on 27/11/2023. Orders received before or after these times will not be valid or considered.

  5. If for any reason a technical interruption, fault or site failure occurs when purchasing online, ICONIC London does not take any responsibility for incomplete purchases and any incomplete purchases will not be considered valid for entry into the prize draw. ICONIC London accepts no responsibility for any purchases which are not completed for any reason.

  6. Winning orders will be chosen at random, on 27th November 2023.

  7. 30 physical, printed Afterparty Tickets will be placed in the delivery package of the winning entries. Each Afterparty Ticket will include a unique refund code. To redeem the refund, the recipient of the Afterparty Ticket must: · Email us at info@iconiclondoninc.co.uk no later than 31st January 2024.

    · Include the provided password

    · Include their Cyber Monday order number as proof of order on 27th Nov 2023

    · Include the unique code printed at the bottom of their winning ticket

  8. The winner must redeem their refund no later than 31st January 2024.

  9. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of you carrying out the above steps and ICONIC London verifying your entry is valid. All refunds will be made to the original payment method. Refunds may take up to 10 days to show on your statement from the time of their issue.

  10. The prize for the winner is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.

  11. The decision of ICONIC London regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
