Who is eligible to join ICONIC Insiders?
Membership is open to everyone in the UK, and it couldn’t be easier to get started! Simply create an account via our online store. If you signed into an online account after 19th January 2021 you are automatically signed up to earn points through ICONIC Insiders.
How do I earn points?
There are lots of ways to earn points - from making purchases to engaging with us on social media to writing product reviews for your favourite items. Learn more about how to earn points here.
Can I earn points for buying ICONIC London items in stores or on other websites?
Unfortunately, you can only earn points when shopping directly with us through www.iconiclondoninc.com.
Do I get points for leaving reviews?
Yes! You can earn points for leaving a product review once every 30 days. To avoid abuse and to keep our reviews 100% genuine, reviews can only be left via the email you receive after receiving your order.
How do I spend points?
You can use your earned points at the checkout to get money off your purchase. You can’t use a discount code alongside your points though, so shop wisely for the best savings! For every 100 points you've earned, you can exchange them for a £5 voucher. Vouchers are single use and can be applied to any future order.
How is my tier status calculated?
Tiers are based on the amount spent with us within the previous year. Spending £250 earns Gold Status, and customers spending £501 points join our Platinum tier. Tiers are calculated on a rolling basis.
How do I check my points balance?
When you are logged into your account, your tier status and points balance will display beneath your order history on your account page or on our rewards page.
Do my points expire?
Yes – points will expire after 12 continuous months of inactivity on the account where you collect them. Inactivity is classed as not placing a valid order.
I’m a Gold or Platinum level customer. How will I receive access to early or exclusive sales and offers?
We will use email to make sure you know first about our best sales, newest products, and more – so keep an eye on your inbox!
I have given multiple email addresses when checking out. What do I do?
Unfortunately, we are not able to merge points across accounts at this time. Make sure you use the same email address for all orders in future, so you receive points for your purchases!
What happens to my points balance or tier status if I return an item?
Once your return is processed, any points you received from that purchase will be automatically deducted from your points balance. If you have already used your earned points, your balance may become negative until the points are earned back.
How much are points worth and can they be taken away?
Points have no cash value and can only be used to save on future purchases. We reserve the right to adjust points at our discretion for reasons including, but limited to; suspected abuse of the programme, account sharing or any other example of activity which we deem unfair use. The programme may be put on hold or stopped at any time, and any accrued points will be voided. Should we plan to end the programme, and if we have the capacity to do so, we will give members 30 days to use any accrued points or benefits before they are voided.
How do referrals work?
You earn a £5 voucher off a purchase over £35 for every friend you refer who spends £35 on their first purchase. Unfortunately you can't refer customers who have already shopped with us, but you're welcome to share your exclusive referral link far and wide! We'll let you know by email when your referrals have been successful, but you can also check the status of your referrals in your account, and access your earned vouchers. The more you refer, the more you earn!
