Iconic London (Holdings) Limited is the promoter of this prize draw. The prize draw is open to UK customers only. To enter the prize draw, contestants must film a TikTok or Instagram video of themselves using our Touch It song and send it to us via a link on this form on our website along with their name, email address, and social media handle. Contestants may only enter the prize draw once, and their entry must be received during the promotion period from 2nd May 2023 to 30th May 2023. 1 winner will be chosen at random by a computer process from all eligible entries and will be notified via email within 7 days of the closing date of the prize draw. If a winner does not respond to ICONIC London within 5 days of being notified by ICONIC London, then the prizes will be forfeited by the winner and ICONIC London will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above. The winner will receive the following prizes (subject to availability): £2,000 worth of holiday vouchers from Secret Escapes https://www.secretescapes.com/vouchers-offer, an £800 bundle of Luxury Holiday Essentials https://www.jacquemus.com/en_fr, and £500 worth of ICONIC London makeup. Prizes will be sent to winners best shipping address. The prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. The competition is not open to employees of ICONIC London or their family members. We may ask the winner to participate in publicity related to the competition, including but not limited to social media posts and interviews. We reserve the right to disqualify any entry that we believe is not in compliance with these terms and conditions or that we believe is fraudulent or manipulative. We reserve the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice if it is necessary to do so for reasons beyond our reasonable control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to contestants as soon as possible. ICONIC London must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation, ICONIC London will send the surname and county of prize winners and, if applicable copies of their winning entries, to anyone who emails info@iconiclondoninc.co.uk within one month after the closing date. If you object to any or all of your surname, county and winning entry being published or made available, please contact us at info@iconiclondoninc.co.uk. In such circumstances, ICONC London must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request. By entering the competition, contestants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. The prize draw will be governed by the laws of England and Wales. Wherever you live you can bring claims against us in the English courts. If you live in Wales, Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring claims against us in the courts of the country you live in. We can claim against you in the courts of the country you live in.
