Win Back Your Order Terms & Conditions
1. ICONIC London is the promoter of this prize draw. The prize draw is open to all UK residents except employees of ICONIC London, their families, agents or any third party directly associated with administration of the prize draw.
2. You must enter the code [WIN] at checkout for any purchase of ICONIC London products from https://www.iconiclondoninc.com/ between the times set out below to be entered into the prize draw. This code is stackable and can be used alongside any other discounts or promotions available. 3. Only one entry will be allowed per customer. If multiple orders are received from one customer, only the first order will constitute an entry to the prize draw.
4. The opening date for entries is between 08:00 and 23:59 (GMT) for UK Residents on 31/10/2025. You will not be able to enter the code [WIN] outside of these times, and so orders received before or after these times will not be valid or considered.
5. If for any reason a technical interruption, fault or site failure occurs when purchasing online, ICONIC London does not take any responsibility for incomplete code entries or incomplete purchases and these will not be considered valid for entry into the prize draw.
6. There will be one winner only. The winning order will be chosen by random via a computer process on 30th November 2025.
8. The winner will be notified by 7th December 2025 and the value of the order automatically refunded. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of notification of the winning entry. All refunds will be made to the original payment method. Refunds may take up to 10 days to show on your statement from the time of their issue.
9. The prize for the winner is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.
10. The decision of ICONIC London regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
11. ICONIC London must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation, ICONIC London will send the surname and county of major prize winners and, if applicable copies of their winning entries, to anyone who emails info@iconiclondoninc.co.uk within one month after the closing date stated in condition 4. If you object to any or all of your surname, county and winning entry being published or made available, please contact us at info@iconiclondoninc.co.uk. In such circumstances, ICONIC London must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
12. Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. ICONIC London reserves the right to refuse entry, or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
13. ICONIC London reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.
14. Insofar as is permitted by law, ICONIC London, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of ICONIC London, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
15. Personal data supplied during the course of this promotion will only be processed as set out in the Promoter's https://www.iconiclondoninc.com/pages/privacy-notice. See also condition 11 with regard to the announcement of winners.
16. The prize draw will be governed by English law and entrants to the prize draw submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
